Welcome to Lani Kai 120, a bright and comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo with space for up to 6 guests. The open layout makes it easy to relax together while still offering plenty of room to spread out.

The living room features comfortable seating, a Roku Smart TV, and sliding glass doors leading to the private balcony. Step outside to enjoy fresh coastal air and views overlooking the community pool.

🍽 Kitchen & Dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes the appliances, cookware, dishes, and utensils needed to prepare meals during your stay. A coffee station with both drip and single-serve coffee makers makes mornings easy. Enjoy meals together at the dining table, with additional seating available at the kitchen counter.

🛏 Primary Bedroom
The primary bedroom features a king bed and a Roku Smart TV. Professionally laundered linens and bath towels are provided for your stay.

🛏 Second Bedroom
The second bedroom includes one queen bed and one full-size bed, making it a flexible space for children, friends, or another couple. This bedroom also has its own Roku Smart TV.

Your reservation includes parking for a maximum of 2 vehicles. Space is limited, so oversized vehicles and trailers are not allowed.

Guests will have private access to the entire condo, including both bedrooms, two bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, living area, private balcony, and in-unit washer and dryer.

You will also have access to Lani Kai’s shared community pool, sand volleyball court, BBQ area, and dedicated beach access directly across West Beach Boulevard.
