🌊Spyglass 106A is a low density complex designed for easy, comfortable beach living. The bright and inviting living area features a smart TV with Roku for movie nights, streaming, plush seating, and windows with views of the Gulf. A fully stocked kitchen with coffee bar makes it simple to prepare meals, whether it’s a quick breakfast before hitting the beach or a seafood dinner at sunset.
🛏️Both bedrooms have flat-screen TVs with cable to watch your favorite shows. The primary suite includes a queen bed, private bathroom, and luxury linens for a restful night’s sleep. The second bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed, perfect for kids or friends.
☀️We’ve stocked the condo with everything you need for a few days like trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods. You’ll also have plush bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for a hotel-style experience. An in-unit stack washer/dryer makes it easy to keep beachwear fresh. Don't forget to bring your own beach towels.
🚗Parking: One on-site parking space is included, long enough to fit two vehicles stacked. Space is limited, so oversized vehicles and trailers are not allowed. If you need help finding overflow or offsite parking, just let us know.
Traveling with extended family or friends? The neighboring condo, Spyglass 105A, may also be available for your dates. Book both to stay close while enjoying your own private space. Message us for details.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and the location was definitely the best part of the experience. The beach access walkway was conveniently located right next to the condo, making it easy to get to and from the beach. We also loved being able to see and hear the waves from the Juliet balcony, which added to the relaxing atmosphere. That said, the unit could use some TLC. The living room furniture was also quite uncomfortable, which made it difficult to fully unwind in the evenings. The condo provided beach chairs, but unfortunately one was ripped and unusable. We were told it would not be replaced until after our stay, so we had to purchase one ourselves. The location and beach access were excellent and made for an enjoyable trip. With some maintenance, updated furnishings, and improved attention to cleanliness, this property could provide a much more comfortable experience for future guests.
Awesome stay and great host!
Paper thin walls and windows next to public access boardwalk. It was loud . We were there Memorial Day week and during that time of year it’s not quiet. I’ve stayed at other places during the same week and haven’t had this issue. It was a bummer for sure, as this is a great location. Small place but it’s cute and comfortable.
