We had a great week here! Very clean, perfect location, Louis was very responsive and accommodating. We were very happy with this place and would stay again.
We experienced delays in communication; Day of checkout we requested to stay an additional day by the time we received a declining response it was shortly before 11am - which is check out time. This left us and our 2 children scrambling to clean up and leave. At approximately 11am we called the owner with no answer; we were going to request an additional 30 mins to vacate. Since the owner did not answer our call, we decided to message our request - as we were writing the message we had a random female with children enter the property (no knocking, just walked in). Later we found out it was the cleaner and her children. We were packed and had the dirty linens together; finishing dishes and cleaning. We exited the property at approximately 11:30am; the owner was not helpful and lacked communication.
This condo was exactly as described. We had everything we needed and more (especially kitchen and beach supplies). We loved the layout of the pool and the proximity of the pool to the beach. Louis answered any questions we had quickly. The condo was very clean as well and the beds were quite comfortable. We would love to stay at this location again when we are in the area.
